- Special Rates: The prices offered are only valid when using the booking code listed above.
- First-Come, First-Served: The rooms are limited and will be assigned in the order reservations are received. Once the contingent is fully booked, standard hotel rates apply.
- Booking Method: Reservations must be made via email.
- Reservation Deadlines: Each hotel has a deadline for the special rates, as listed in the table above. After these dates, availability and pricing are at the discretion of the hotel.
- Cancellation Policies: Hotels may have their own cancellation policies. Please check directly with the hotel for details.
