Symposium
- Action Item: As noted in the Call for
Workshops, please – by 2024-03-20 –
nominate one or in exceptional
cases two contributed full papers for the AIRoV Best Paper
Award, together with a short review explaining the novelty and
relevance of that work and its significance for the broader
research community. The Symposium Organizers will then select and
award the three best papers among those and invite them for oral,
plenary presentation.
- Action Item: Please encourage your authors to prepare a
poster of size up to A0 (portrait or landscape orientation). The
AIRoV poster session covers all
workshops. Ideally, all workshop contributions should be presented
there.
Proceedings
- Action Item: For the proceedings, please – by 2024-03-20
if possible –
upload an
editorial paper (using the AIRoV template) describing the
workshop. The (electronic-only) proceedings volume will be
organized by workshop; this editoral paper will introduce the
chapter covering your workshop. In the simplest case, it just
describes the workshop similarly to its webpage. Beyond that, you
may want to give a summary and discussion of the contributions,
conclusions, etc.
- Reminder: As noted in the paper template,
papers may be up to 8 pages long, including figures.
Additional pages containing only acknowledgments and references
are allowed.
